Fulfillment Policy This policy provides detailed information on how we fulfill orders, including our policies on refunds, cancellations, and the provisioning of our services.

1. Credit Purchase and Use

• Purchasing Credits: Customers can purchase Brev credits through our website by entering their credit card information via Stripe, a secure electronic payment service. Credits can be used immediately upon purchase to rent compute resources and pay for incurred storage costs.
• Using Credits: Purchased credits can be redeemed to access GPU/CPU resources from the Brev Secure Cloud. Customers can SSH into instances using our CLI or utilize a Jupyter notebook on an instance.

1. Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for purchased credits are generally not offered once they are used to rent GPU resources. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the customer has not utilized any platform services, at the discretion of Brev.dev.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at eng@brev.dev with your transaction details and we will review it. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

1. Delivery of Services

• Access to Services: Once credits are purchased, access to GPU resources is typically instantaneous. Customers can begin using compute and run their tasks immediately after transaction approval.
• Service Interruptions: In the event of a service interruption, customers will be notified via email. Please contact support for specific scenarios. Credits used during the interruption may be eligible for reinstatement at the discretion of Brev.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Canceling Credit Purchase: Customers can cancel their unused credit purchase within 24 hours for a full refund, provided no credits have been used. After this period, purchased credits are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless special circumstances apply.
• Service Cancellation: Customers can stop using GPU resources at any time; however, credits used are not refundable once applied to a GPU rental, unless special circumstances apply.

1. Modifications to the Fulfillment Policy

• Policy Changes: Brev reserves the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes.
